Little Aromatic Things

In the morning there is nothing like a shower using a drop of grapefruit oil or peppermint oil on your wash cloth!

4 -6 drops on the surface of your bath water, lavender, bergamot, eucalyptus (if you have a cold or sinus issues) can be quite enjoyable.

add 5 to 10 drops essential oils to each 1 oz of natural unscented lotion or cream for an aromatic body moisturizer.

put one or two drops of lavender essential oil on a cotton ball and place inside your pillowcase for a restful night sleep...works wonders.

put 10 drops per 4 oz water into a clean sprayer bottle.  I like to use distilled water and add a tiny bit of alcohol(Vodka, not the first aid kind of alcohol) Voila! Room Spray.  Avoid spraying on fine furniture or leather.  Can be used in your car too for a car freshening spray.  Do not spray on the dash or glass areas.

A light cologne perfume spray can be made as above also, can add a bit more essential oils to your liking, and mix and match.  Using a "base" such as Sandalwood or Patchouli will help the scent last much longer on your skin.
